It’s the hottest day of the year, and Motor City is ready to cool off at the Great Summer Splash Festival! But when the water mysteriously runs dry, Mighty Man and his Mighty Wheels must follow the trail up the mountain—only to discover that Mint Chip and Surge have stolen the entire river to build their own private water park!

Mighty Man and his team of Mighty Wheels Trucks are on a journey to find a mysterious treasure from an old map. They hope the treasure will help them rebuild Motor City. Along the way they meet new trucks that join the Mighty Crew, meet new friends who help them on their journey and they battle the evil Dr. Thunder who uses his mechanical weather spheres to control the weather and cause havoc for the Mighty Crew.
